Gas leakage
The money collected for the natural gas service is distributed to the contractors by the Municipality Mayors from the Virtue Party
Collected from the public
IGDAS and EGO affiliate of Istanbul and Ankara Municipality Mayoralties are determined to give the money collected from the citizens to the contractors instead of paying BOTAS. IGDAS and EGO are 17.5 and 7 trillions in debt to BOTAS respectively.
BOTAS officials say "They don't pay the money violating the protocole. Despite the 14% interest every month, we don't have the authority over them."
