The Island would be divided

       Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz stated hat in case the Southern Cyprus will be a member of the European Union, Turkey will not allow any threat and said "I wanr the EU. Aproving this membership means to lit green lignt for the division of the island."
       Mr. Yilmaz came to Northern Cyprus yesterday with the State Minister Sukru Sina Gurel for some official contacts.
       The Prime Minister stated that Turkey will do everything it can for the indepedency of the Turkish Republic of the Northern Cyprus saying "TRNC will live and will be made live. We will do everything we can. They insist not to cancel the purchase of the S-300 missiles. Navy base is being constructed near the air base allocated for Greece. Kyrenia and Famagusta are being shown as the targets of military exercises and war scenerios. The officers clearly swear to drink Turkish blood and the Greece arms the islands. It makes the Southern Cyprus a threat for Turkey."
       "My advice to Greek and Cyprate Greek pair si to return from this dangerous road. Turkey will not give up its rights in Cyprus and in the Aegean Sea and will not allow any threat" he added.
