Adana came to quake victims' rescue

       Adana people came to quake victims' rescue, who couldn't receive the donated meat all along the Greater Feast. The administrators of the Private Adana High School brought the meat of the animals they sacrificed to Golcuk with specially equipped trucks.
       People crushed as some of the meat was being distributed to people in Izmir tent city in Degirmendere. Crowded families received more meat. The administrators of the high school distributed the rest of the meat in the tents and huts in Gozlemtepe region. Also 40 children between 7 - 8 years of age, pre - determined by Golcuk Municipality, were given hats, coats, socks, shoes and pullover as a gift.
       The Manager of Adana High School Leyla Goksel reminded that they also have experienced an earthquake in the past and said, "You may not understand what these people suffer unless you experienced it yourself. This is why we didn't live the feast like they didn't and came here and distribute what we brought through our own hands. We felt the cold and got tired just like they do."
