Turkish fans booed Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan as Turkey lost 3-0 against Spain on June 17.
Turkey coach Fatih Terim advocated for Turan and said: “It was not good to see Arda booed by our fans. This should not happen. I think the expectations were very high for the team, but nobody deserves that. The way they booed Arda made an impact on our team.”
