One of the attackers in the Brussels suicide bombings, Ibrahim El Bakraoui, was deported from Turkey not only once but twice last year, one Turkish official told Reuters.
Bakraoui was deported in July 2015 over police suspicions. Then, Bakraoui entered Turkey on Aug. 11, 2015 and was deported two weeks later.
