Cakir remained in seclusion

       Oktar Cakir, Chief Prosecution of Istanbul State Security Court (DGM)
       secluded himself to prepare his testimony. Cakir has been discharged of
       office due to an investigation launched against him as he was discovered to
       be in the same car with Melih Giray, a wanted businessman.
       Inspectors, assigned by the Minister of Justice, are expected to question
       Cakir in the coming week.

Giray's defence

       Melik Giray's family on the other hand, follow the developments at
       their house in Sutluce district of Istanbul. His brother claims that the
       charges against Giray have no ground. "All of them are nothing but slander.
       What can I say? When time comes, we will also search justice for our rights
       as well," he said.
       It has been claimed that Giray's partner Gurol Ozbag came to his house on
       the night of accident and brought out some boxes. His neighbours said there
       were files in the boxes.
