Cem's hard visit to Tahran

       Turkish Foreign Minister Ismail Cem will both try to make the good relations better and recover the negative sides of the relations with Iran, in the visit he will make to Tahran tomorrow.
       Mr. Cem who evaluated his visit to Milliyet said "It is obvious that we have problems with Iran. We will talk these problems." Minister Cem who stated that good improvements have been achieved in the relations and several mechanisms have started to function in the field of security said "However good developments do not mean that the negative developments have been come over." "We can not claim that the problems will be solved immediately. We will try to make good relations better and bad relations less negative" he added.
       On the other hand, right before Minister Ismail Cem's visit, Iran Daily has brought up an idea about "establishing a defence alliance which will include Iran, Turkey and the disturbed neighbors of Israel."
