Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit has given the signal that they may take a step back on some issues about the bill of the Social Security Reform. " The Ministry of Labor, Turk-Is and TISK experts are investigating the suggestions. There are certainly some issues that we can not take a step back from, however we may re-evaluate some of the issues. " has said Bulent Ecevit.
Meanwhile TISK (Turkish Employer Union Confederation) and Turk-Is have prepared a package of suggestions against the bill the government has prepared and they have agreed that the reteirement age for women be 50 and for men be 55.
