EU minister Bozkır: Turkey won’t recognize southern part of Cyprus

European Union minister Volkan Bozkır said Wednesday that the European Union surprised when Turkey offered its suggestions at the EU-Turkey summit.
Speaking during a live broadcast, Bozkır also said the EU must not allow Greek Cyprus to spoil the refugee deal and also stated that it is out of the question for Turkey to recognize southern part of the island.
