HADEP: We will not exploit

       Chairman Representative of HADEP Hamit Geylani stated that they would not exploit any action that is for peace and the country's benefits. Geylani stated that their party had always defended that death penalty should be removed from the laws for peace and happiness for the 65 million people of this country and added: " The decision about Abdullah Ocalan's death penalty is very important. The fact that we believe Turkey needs to comply with ECHR's ( European Court of Human Rights) decision that Ocalan's execution should be delayed stems from our understanding of politics and law. The decision of the government on January 12th, to delay the execution, proves that what we believe in is right. We will not exploit any action that is for peace and Turkey's benefits. On the contrary, as a party we have and will continue to sacrifice, for the sake of peace and country's benefits.
