       19 suspects, including three members of Altinbas family were taken to court. Talat Salk and Nuh Mete Yuksel questioned Altinbas for four hours

       19 of the 23 suspects, who have been arrested in an operation launched
       jointly by Ankara State Security Court and Security Administration to
       investigate the swindle scandal, were questioned. While 7 of the suspects
       were released 12 were impelled to deputy court as prosecution requested
       their imprisonment.

       Customs commissioners, who were among the suspects confessed that Yasin
       Altinbas called them and wanted them to for the customs records.

       Chief Prosecutor Talat Salk and Nuh Mete Yuksel questioned the suspects for
       9 hours. Yasin Altinbas on the other hand, who is on the focus of the
       investigation was questioned for 4 hours.

Altinbas ordered

       Mehmet Zeki Arcas, a customs commissioner who has been determined to
       work with Altinbas Company, said Altinbas family is very influensive in
       bureaucratic circles, in his testimony.

7 suspects released

       While the prosecutors of the state security court decided to release 7
       suspects after the questionning, other 12 were impelled to the court with a
       request for imprisonment.

       23 suspects who were arrested in the operation, which is conducted in
       top secrecy are as follows:
       Yasin Altinbas, Abdullah Altinbas Servet Altinbas, Melahat Ozyurek, Mehmet
       Unlu, Zeki Arcas, Aydin Gunes. Ogur Kilic, Ayten Senkaban, Hanifi Ozdemir,
       Recep Kaya, Muslum Canpolat, Ayvaz Canpolat, Remzi Horzum, Kemal Atay, Dondu
       Çelik, Fatma Aldogan, Oznur Fakı, Ahmet Dogan, Ibrahim Palabiyik, Semih
       Donmez, Nadir Donmez, Ahmet Donmez.
