       Security Administration stated in a report that was prepared after the
       analysis of 600 thousands pages of documents found during Hizbullah
       operations that the eight presidential board members of the organisation
       haven't been captured yet.
       The detailed administrative cadre and the outline were revealed as the
       documents and testimonies of suspects have been inspected by a special team
       headed by Kazim Abanoz, the chairman.
       The report which was presented in the internal security board meeting in Van
       last weekend, the operations were evaluated one by one and the
       administrative staff of the organisation was stated as follows:
       * Leader: Huseyin Velioglu (Killed in the clash in Istanbul Beykoz)
       * Attack teams: These teams are directly under the order of Huseyin
       Velioglu. Responsibles captured in Istanbul, Cemal Tutar and Haci Inan take
       the execution orders from Velioglu and work independently.
       * Regional responsibles: Edip Gumus captured in Beykoz is responsible for
       the Aegean, Marmara and Middle Anatolia regions while Isa Altsoy is
       responsible for the Mediterennean and the Eastern Anatolia regions.
       * Administrative board: Following these three people the administrative
       board has the highest status in the organisation. The board is made up of
       eight people. While four of the members were known before, the names of the
       other four were determined after the operations. Sulhattin Uruk, Haci
       Bayancik, Mehmet Sudan, Enver Kilicarslan, Ahmet Seyitoglu, Mehmet Tahir
       Cicek, Nuri Gultekin and M. Besir Varol are the members. None of the members
       were captured.
