Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli criticised the government for its Syrian policy at MHP’s parliamentary group meeting on Tuesday.

Bahçeli said, “If a ground operation is being planned, which is obvious from statements already, what is your legal basis for this operation? The US’s ground force in the Middle East is the PYD and its part in Turkey is the PKK. The U.S. should decide. Is the U.S. a strategic partner or a tactical enemy?”
