Turkey fights with the gangs slipped into the state and wants to achieve clean society. However the captured convicts disappoint with their testimonies, insufficient.
The expected testimonies of the names like Oral Celik, Veysel Ozerdem, Avni Musullul, Sami Hostan, the special team officers, convicted in the Susurluk case and Haluk Kirci, couldn't move the shadows of the world underground.
On the other hand the jurists in charge of the gang suits demand help saying "The politicans don't tell the truth. Turkey can't struggle against terrorism, with the current legal structure."
According to the information from the Security Department, the number of the gang organization members reached to 23 thousand in total. On the other hand the amount of the black money that these gangs costed is about $15 billion, according to the official data.
The jurists related to the scandal suits, that shook Turkey, tell the conditions of the fight against terrorism and confess their impotency. The first of the complaints is due to the declarations that the jurisdiction is independent. There is not an article for the organised crimes in Turkish Penalty Law. They define the condition saying "We pity both Turkey and our efforts."
