Kremlin wants to mend ties after Erdogan’s letter

Kremlin said on Wednesday that Russia wants to normalise relations, but Turkey needs to take certain steps.
“We want a normalisation of our relations and their return to the period of good and mutually advantageous cooperation,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists on June 15 following Turkish President’s and Prime Minister’s letter to Russia.
