Main force will be Syrian Arabs against ISIL, Erdogan says

Erdogan said Turkish intelligence and military units were watching the U.S. backed fighters’ operation in Manbij, a town under the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) control.

Delivering a speech at a joint news conference in Nairobi, Erdogan said: “The YPG will predominantly act as a logistical force here. Syrian Arabs will be the main force in the operation. We are monitoring the operation.”
