The minimum wage will be at least 1300 TL whichever party comes into power.
AK Party
According to the AKP’s manifesto, the minimum wage would be 1300 TL; 1200 TL extra payment would be made to retirees. Workers who earn under 1100 TL would be paid extra 1200 TL per year. Young entrepreneurs would be given grants up to 50.000 TL.
CHP
The minimum wage would be 1500 TL and the retirees would get a double payment once in a year. Diesel oil price would be 1.8 TL (per liter) for farmers. 800.000 subcontracted workers would be employed. 80% of the interest debts of personal loans and credit cards (up to 31 July 2015) would be deleted.
MHP
The minimum wage would be 1400 TL. Tax would not be taken from the part of the minimum wage of employers salaries. Diesel oil price would be 1.75 TL (per liter) for farmers. Retirees would get minimum wage on March and September. 700 TL family backing would be given to "poor people"
