Pirelli introduces "Russo"

       Pirelli of Italy introduces Russo, a new product to the "P zero"
       series. Russo, meaning red in Italian, is the kind of tyre intended for fast cars. Already approved by Audi after tests with models TT and RS4, Russo is still undergoing performance testing by Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes and Porsche. Russo is designed to provide comfort and cut down on noise without any compromise on speed. It is reduced in weight, and improved in grip. Pirelli introduced new product Russo with a performance in wet, slippery and meandering roads, and has spent $100 million for its development. Pirelli, holding 16% of the high performance tyre market, notes that the Russo will not exceed other tyres of the P Zero series in price.
