       Ramazan Mirzaoglu, the State Minister from Nationalist Action Party, who is in Cuba to talk for the 22 arrested Turkish sailors and to put the frame of the cooperation between the two countries in maritime sector.
       Telling his impressions about this country Mirzaoglu said, "Socialism hasn't collapsed yet."
       "Cuba people adore Castro and support him. This is why Castro's govern is powerful. Socialism is not collapsed in Cuba. However they are also influenced by the economy that I noticed some private enterprises as well," he said.
       Mirzaoglu said, Kuba gave importance to foreign investment and international economic relations. It planned to establish a cigar manufacturing factory in Turkey. "Cuba wants to buy its ships from Turkey, where the maintanence will also be held" he added.
       22 of the Cemre - 1 crew, which have been kept in Cuba for four months, have been released and will be in Istanbul on 27 May, Mirzaoglu said.
