The right hand can be kissed in right time

Duzce Governor, who drew attention by kissing Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit's hand, said "There is no problem in kissing the hand of the right people in right time"


       "As I was sitting on my seat, Prime Minister approached me and I kissed his hand because of my respect" said Duzce Governor Fikret Guven who drew attention by kissing Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit's hand
       Fikret Guven, 57, who has four daughters and three grand children says he was moved by people's happiness as Duzce was declared as the 81st city. He then assessed last Monday's ceremony.
       Except central governorship, he worked as governor to Bingol, Kirikkale, Mardin and Duzce.
       "I became the first governor of Kirikkale. It's plate number was 71. Now I'm the governor of Duzce, which has the plate number 81. Although 90% of the buildings are damaged by the quake, I think the hapiness of people is promising."
