Three independant ministers

       Appointments to the three ministries that have been emptied because of TBMM's election decision, have been made. According to the appointments that were approved by President Suleyman Demirel, Izmir Deputy Hasan Denizkurdu has been brought to the Ministry of Justice, Governor of Istanbul, Kutlu Aktas have been brought to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Antalya Deputy Arif Ahmet Denizongun to the Ministry of Transportation. Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz announced that they have realized the appointments in accordance to the Constitution to prevent political exploitation.
       Yilmaz has made the appointments to the Ministries of Justice, Internal Affairs and Transportation. After the 45 minute meeting he had with Yilmaz, Demirel also approved the three names. With these assignments the procedure in the 114th article of the Constitution will be applicated.
       Yilmaz declared that he will announce the name that will take the place of Kutlu Aktas as the Governor of Istanbul after making a consultation with Aktas himself.
