Dress like a team fan, ISIL suggests

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) is reported to have ordered its militants who will travel to Turkey to dress like a team fan in order to avoid drawing the attention of security forces.

Wear football jersey and scarf

ISIL has instructed foreign national terrorists to visit Turkey on match-days and to wear football jerseys and football scarves, according to Milliyet daily. So, terrorists do not draw attention.

Terrorists buy vans

Some Syrians in the Black Sea region try to buy overpriced vans to use in terrorist attacks, according to intelligence reports. ISIL leader al-Baghdadi is reported to have ordered militants who failed to reach Syria to act where they were.
