Prison prosecutor: "They like to be a subject to press"

       The tension between Alaattin Cakici and the leaders of Karagumruk gang, Nuri and Vedat Ergin brothers in Kartal prison reached its peak after the letter duel. The war that divided the prison led the security measures to double.
       The prosecutor of the Prison Abdurrahman Canpolat stated that the exchange of letters that started after Cakici was convicted, has increased recently. "The peace in the Prison spoilt. It is almost divided," he said.
       Reminding that the letters are taken by the lawyers when they see their clients and given the press Canpolat said, "Both sides have a right to see their lawyers as their trials still continue. There is a grated place for lawyers to see their client in the prison. We can't avoid this. They can exchange documents. The letters are also taken, but the lawyers thus related to issues that are non of their business. Ethically this is not right. This can be an isue of investigation."
       "In fact both Alaattin Cakici and Ergin brothers are uneasy, however they like to be on the newspapers. When a news broadcasted or published about one, the other also wants to be on the agenda," he added.
