Trial without military judge
       Now that the amendment of the Constitution that changes the structure of the State Security Court(DGM) has been realised, one civil judge will attend the Abdullah Ocalan trial that will be starting tomorrow. Instead of the military judge, Abdulkadir Davarcioglu, the civilian member Mehmet Maras who had been watching the trial in Imrali since the beginning will be attending the trials from now on.
       It is recorded that the fact that Maras will officially start attending the trials tomorow will not delay the trial.
       Meanwhile the law about the structure and authority of State security Courts will be changed to go along with the amendment of the Constitution.
