President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sued the CHP Gaziantep deputy Akif Ekici for damages after Ekici’s remarks in parliament.
Ekici said on March 1, 2016: “Let’s form a quartet to get this Recep Tayyip Erdoğan psychologically treated, because he has lost his consciousness.” Ekici has been sued 50 thousand Turkish Liras for non-pecuniary damages.
