       Although 100 days passed after the 17 August earthquake, the targets to stop the suffering of the quake survivors haven't been achieved yet. Neither the housing problem nor the difficulties in education and health haven't been recovered in Sakarya, Kocaeli, Yalova and Bolu, the regions that were hit most.
       The pessimism of the quake survivors doubled after the 12 November earthquake, while the problems were growing as we come closer to winter.
       Yalova: According to the official records, in Yalova where 2574 people were dead only 2186 of the 6264 pre-fabricated houses were completed.

       Kocaeli: The earthquake caused 9325 deaths. Only 1584 houses were built, while the government planned to complete 16847 houses at the end of October. 43,575 people live in tents in the region.
       Investigation openede against 384 contractors in the city, but none detained yet.

       Sakarya: Only 887 of the planned houses were completed, while 3,890 people died. 20,893 people live in tents in Sakarya. Nearly 4 thousands of authorities are being investigated in the region, and 24 of them were detained.
