Ankara attack’s planner dies

Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office had issued an arrest warrant for the terrorist Deniz Buyukcelebi who was in connection with the Ankara attack that killed 102 people on October 10.

Buyukcelebi’s spouse S.B. told Turkish police officers in Gaziantep that Buyukcelebi had died in Syria two months ago. It was reported that Buyukcelebi was the assistant of Ilhami Bali, so-called ‘emir’ of the ISIL.
