Dink accusation returns to prosecutor for the second time

An indictment about the state officials who faced charges of misconduct and negligence in the murder of journalist Hrant Dink on 19 January 2007, was again returned to prosecutor Gökalp Kökçü.
Muhittin Zenit, Özkan Mumcu and Ercan Demir had arrested for “negligent homicide”, the former head of the National Police Department's intelligence unit Ramazan Akyürek had arrested for “voluntary culpable homicide”, former İstanbul Police Department Intelligence Bureau Chief Ali Fuat Yılmazer had arrested for “forming an organization to commit crime” as part of an investigation into Dink murder, conducted by prosecutor Gökalp Kökçü.
