Ecevit: The speech is crucial

       " People should think thoroughly about the speech Sami Selcuk, Chairman of the Court of Appeal has given. His speech is a crucial one." has said Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit when evaluating Sami Selcuk's words.
       * Tansu Ciller (DYP Chairwoman): I found Sami Selcuk's words very meaningful. Those who considered our words in the past as an enmity against the state, have started to understand us.
       * Ramazan Mirzaoglu (State Minister): Mr.Selcuk's words need to be listened carefully and the necessary changes and a reform in jurisdiction should be made. I agree with most of the views articulated in Mr.Selcuk's speech.
       * Turhan Guven ( DYP Group Chairman Representative): Mr.Selcuk has explained things very well, especially the views on democracy. His speech was pithy. As DYP, we had said the same things in our book of "second democracy". We have been saying the same things for the past two years.
