The owner of Hospro, the company through which Batman govenorship imported weapons said: "Some friends of mine said Turkey will clean its stomach. You'd better stay in France for a while."
The owner of Hospro weapons company, Ertac Tinar, whose name was once
more mentioned after Susurluk scandal declined to give any information about
the weapons purchased by Batman Governorship, claiming it is a state secret.
Declaring that he applied France for naturalisation Tinar said:
"I have never worked with any institution other than the Interior Ministry.
I didn't worked with Batman governorship as well, nobody called me, neither
the governor nor his deputy. I'm not related to Susurluk or any other
scandal. Person's can't import weapons, state does this job. Our function is
to find the goods that the states seeks and make organisations. We don't see
the transport of these goods as well."
"I told the Prime Ministry Inspection board and National Intelligence
Service all I know. I can't tell more, these are state secrets. I delivered
the weapons to the Interior Ministry, this is what my role is. It is not
possible for me to know what happened to them afterwards," he added.
