Council of State affirmed the Istanbul 10th Administrative Tribunal’s decision ordering the Interior Ministry to pay 100,000 Turkish Liras due to the gross dereliction of duty in Hrant Dink’s assassination.
It is stated in the decision that retracting 100,000 Turkish Liras compensation to the one or ones who are in charge of killing Dink is the necessary of constitution provisions.
