Half a million cats to solve Rome’s rat problem
Antonio Razzi, a mayoral candidate in Rome, suggests half a million cats should be used to solve the city's rat problem.
Razzi said, “I have already made plans to bring over the cats. They will be deployed at strategic points throughout the city. The 500,000 cats could live with Rome's lovely old cat ladies.” Experts say there are 6 million mice and 2.6 million people in Rome right now.
