Muhammad Raghil al-Hardani, an Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militant, who caused the US Consulate in Istanbul to close down for a day, was detained on Tuesday in Kahramanmaraş.

He was detained at the bus station in Kahramanmaraş on his way to Gaziantep. Milliyet Daily had announced that he was the reason why the US Consulate closed down.
