I will take any punishment

Claiming their "iftar"( breaking one's fast) resolution, Tansu Ciller, the leader of DYP(The Right Path Party) has said " They blame us again. They say we let the civil servants at Ramazan.We said go home and have your soup with your family and this is "irtica"(extreme consevatism) . I am ready to take any punishment for this."
At her parties' meeting at Erzurum, Ciller has said the following:
" For us everyone; even the one with a beard, is a first class citizen. Take your hand off your sister's scarf. Your sister has come hurt to Erzurum.Why did she come hurt? Because they have stabbed democracy and they have extorted the nations superiority. I've come to pour out my grievances to you."
The DYP leader who emphasized that the Armed Forces is the pupil of the nation,has said the following: " Our soldiers know us. The mountains in which our soldiers fight know us. Our biggest honour is to be the mother of all our soldiers. Those who are searching for the army's hostility should look somewhere else- to court documents.There, they will see Doğu Perincek.This does not mean that I approve the May 27s or the 1980s,or that I find Adnan Menderes's being a martyr legal. This does not mean that I like this government in power that has been appointed on February 28. I do not want politics to get in the army, because when it does it will be worn-out.When that happens the state will wear out and then all of us will. Turkey will not give up on democracy. Actual conservatism is to give up on democracy. That is why I am trying to protect our army."
