Inquiry instead of award

       Prime Minister Mesut Yılmaz ordered to open inquiry against Van governor Abdulkadir Sarı and Hakkari governor Nihat Canpolat who have given statements on territorial trade.
       The Board of Ministers headed by the Prime Minister met yesterday. In the meeting Mesut Yılmaz ordered to open inquiry depending on the news titled "They cut our vital vein" and "They push the public to terror" published the day before in Milliyet. Mr. Yılmaz, ordered the related ministers to warn the governors and the other administrators in the region not to state their views on the governments applications without any serious basis.
       The government which has formerly approved a decree to organize the territorial trade and oil transport in the South East, decided to set up a coimission. Today, the state ministers, Salih Yıldırım, Mustafa Yılmaz, Isın Celebi and the Minister of Finance Zekeriya Temizel will come together and start the studies to organuize the territorial trade and oil transport. The ministers decided to limit the territorial trade and oil transport to the territorial cities and authorized the governors to decide on the needs of the other cities.
