ISIL sends 15 suicide bombers to Diyarbakir

A prosecutor wrote a letter as part of a probe launched into an ISIL plot after the operation on a cell house which led to the death of seven ISIL militants in Diyarbakir on Oct. 26, 2015.
Fifteen Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) members were sent from the group’s Syria stronghold of Raqqa to Turkey’s Diyarbakir province, the prosecutor said in the letter on Jan. 18.

The prosecutor also wrote that these 15 terrorists were not allowed to leave the cell houses; two other members of the group met their needs. The prosecutor demanded technical surveillance for the suspected individuals.
