Karayılan has escaped by a hair's breadhth

       The operation started nine days ago in Besta region of Sırnak against the terrorists has finished. While the military was able to crack down PKK Presidency Counsel member Murat Karayılan's camp, Karayılan has succeeded to escape.
       While 88 PKK members have been killed in the operations range from Hakkari to Siirt, Sırnak and Van, 11 security offeicer died and 10 were injured.
       During the fire, the Botan commander of the circled organization Murat Karayılan has escaped with his 12 guards whom 2 were women. In te camp of the organization the military has founded documents, weapons and the map of the mines laid on the region. The military forces which are settled in Mehmet Yusuf Cliff continue to search and investigate the region.
       The governor of the extra-ordinary region Aydın Arslan who came to the region after the operations, to which a thousand of village protector have also attended, have ended stated that since the decleration of the extra-ordinary situation for the region, 16 thousands 257 events have taken place, 4 thousands 449 security officers and four thousands 263 civils have died,while 20 thousands 305 PKK members were captured dead.
