       The eyes noticed Unal Osman Agaoglu, who is claimed to be in charge in many bloody events, after fugitive genocide convict Haluk Kirci captured. It has been claimed that, Osman Agaoglu who has been wanted for 20 years for the murder of former DISK Chairman Kemal Turkler and participating in Maras and Bahcelievler genocides is in Istanbul. The advocate of Turkler family Rasim Oz stated that there are witnesses who saw Agaoglu, claiming he succeeded Abdullah Catli.It is claimed that, number one suspect of the murder of Kemal Turkler, the most powerful labour leader of the time, Agaoglu is also the one that shot Turkler. Lawyer Rasim Oz claimed that Agaoglu, who was said to escape to abroad, was seen in Istanbul eight months ago. "A man passes while a journalist friend was talking to a Nationalist Movement Party member in the lobby of the Hotel Eresin. The man he talked salutes the man passing saying 'Hello brother Unal.' As the journalist asks who was he, the man introduces him as Unal Osman Agaoglu. Agaoglu leaves as he learns that our friend is a journalist," said Mr. Oz. Claiming, Agaoglu is not caught yet, since he is a member of the gang, he said, "Agaoglu is guarded more than Catli and Haluk Kirci because, he is never captured. Agaoglu is one of those that took the Catli's responsibility in the organisation and we know he has the status of 'Chief'."
