Russia invites Turkish FM to meeting in Sochi

Russia has invited Turkey's foreign minister to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) meeting in the Russian city of Sochi in July.

The spokeswoman of Russia's foreign ministry, Maria Zakharova, said on Thursday that it was Russia's obligation as chair of this organisation.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vasiliy Nebenzya said they have not received a reply yet but it would be clear by the beginning of the next week.
