İsmail Akkol, a suspected assailant of businessman Özdemir Sabancı, and Fadik Adıyaman used the right to remain in silence during interrogation.
Both are members of the Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C) and crossed into Turkey illegally from a Greek island. Akkol and Adıyaman were chased by the National Intelligence Organisation and security forces. Measures were taken at 100 different areas where they might enter Turkey.
