Special relation with Spain

       After the noe signed with France, Turkey has signed another common action plan with Spain, in order to move coordinatingly against the developments in the world and to improve relations in all fields.
       Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Anzar said that their relations witn Turkey is a "special one" and they should try hard to solve the problems between the european Union and Turkey.
       Mr. Anzar is accompanied by a crowded businessmen group and met Prime Minister Mesut Yılmaz yesterday. After a two-hour meeting the two Prime Ministers who have known each other for eight years signed a common action plan, which bids the improvement of economic, political and cultural relations between the two countries and a mutual mechanism to be established in the political area.
       Mr. Yılmaz declared that they also agreed to meet twice in a year and a study group to be set to meet in Antalya in the second half of September, which would work on the improvement of the economic relations between the two states and common investments to other countries. Mr. Yılmaz also said they agreed to hold the mixed economy comission meeting in Madrid in October.
       There is no problem between the two countries, but a big economic cooperation potential which have been evaluated yet said the Turkish Prime Minister. "We especially studied on specific projects and decided to give common support for the actualization of these projects" he added.
