Uğur Yakışır is believed to be the second alleged criminal of the armed attack that killed Diyarbakır Bar Association President Tahir elçi and martyred two police officer. Yakışır is a member of YDG-H and cousin of the other suspect, Mahsun Gürkan.
While judicial and administrative inquiries are going on, Milliyet has reached new information. According to that information, Yakışır and his cousin Gürkan clashed with police in Balıkçılarbaşı while they were getting off the taxi.
