The crucial name "green"s operation chain

An important part of the Susurluk report prepared by the Chairman Represantative of The Prime Ministry Inspection Board,Kutlu Savaş, is about the operations of Mahmut Yıldırım with the code name of "green". Here is how "Green"s operations were listed in the report:
* He has killed five PKK members who were caught in Mus and were taken to the Special Operations Office Directorship for questioning, on May 27, 1992.
* In the meeting he had at the Elazıg Police Headquarters on December 7, 1992, he confessed that he killed three terrorists who were getting ready to have an operation to the Gendarme Station betwen Mus and Bulanık at 1991.
* On January 27, 1993 in Tunceli, he had asked for money from Celal Yasar with his two men he sent in the cover of PKK militans.
* He planned the kidnap of Bayram Kanat when he was on duty in Diyarbakır Gendarme in the name Ahmet Demir on April 6,1994. Kanat's corpse was found somewhere on Mardin road.
* He killed retired Major Ahmet Cem Ersever with confessioner Aladdin Nata and Ibrahim Babat. Later Ersever's friends Mustafa Deniz and Neval Boz were also killed in the same way. They have left their guns to the Gendarme Intelligence in Ankara Aydınlıkevler and were sent to where they were off to, by bus.
* He always said that he has been doing these for 23 years, and all those people he killed or had somebody else kill, were communists. In this way sealing everyone he will kill as a communist he washed the brains of those confessioners around him.
* In March 1994 he kidnapped The National Movement Party Diyarbakır Chairman, Ibrahim Yigit with PKK confessioner Aladdin Kanat from a touristic hotel he was staying in, to kill him. But he set him free afterwards.
* With Confessioner Kanat, Mesut Mehmetoglu and Ismail Yesilmen he killed Parliamentarian Mehmet Sincar in Batman.
* He planned the murders of Vedat Aydın and Musa Anter.
* He planned the murders of lawyer Husniye Olmez in Bismil, lawyer fethi Gumus in Diyarbakır and teacher Suphi Koc in Elazıg. He realized these murders with Kerim Binbası from the Gendarme Intelligence and confessioner Aladdin Kanat.
