Red Crescent hit the second stroke to the quake victims, who welcomed the Greater Bairam in their tents under heavy snow. Crisis centre didn't distribute meal to the victims for the reason that they would make Bairam visits.

12 thousands of quake victims were left hungry in the first day of the Greater Feast, as they would make Bairam visits to their relatives in other cities. The victism will not be given meal today as well.
Bolu City Crisis Centre started to apply the decision not to distribute meal to quake victims yesterday, for the reason that the number of those staying in the tent cities halved because of the feast.
The chairman of Bolu Provincial Crisis Centre Mustafa Yildiz said, 6 thousands 500 people demanded meal on the eve of the Greater Bairam and the rest of the meal were wasted.
Defending the decision of the centre Yildiz said, "This is why we gave a break to meal distribution. We are planning to stop distributing meal completely in a close future. The Feast gave us the opportunity to rehearse this."
While Yildiz says that the quake victims would eat the meat of the sacrificed animals during the feast, the quake victims say, "Tent cities are not completely abandoned. The authorities would easily determine this. It is nonsense to make us starve. We couldn't buy presents to our children, moreover they left us hungry during the Feast.
Considering the decision as a proud wounding one, the quake victims said, "They told us, you would receive meat, you can manage with it. But it is well - known that we are not able to use ovens in tents. Because it is forbidden. It is incredible to stop meal distribution on a day, whose basic principle is to help each other."
