Time is limited for 5+5

       Time is limited for the amendment of the 101st article of the Constitution. Bargains between the parties in power and the Virtue Party (FP) are expected to take place in the Reconciliation Commission meetings. If comprimise is reached before the Bairam holiday, then the motion can be open to signing and be presented to the Parliament. If the Commission can not reach a comprimise before the Bairam, the time for the amendment will be very limited since the Presidency elections have to start on April 16th. There will be only 24 days left for the motion to be signed, discussed in the Constitutional Commission and be published in the Official Gazette in case it is decided to be passed as a law. If there is trouble in the voting within the General Assembly, then this time will also include new comprimising ways. The deputies of the parties in power state that the first three articles(101st, 69th and 86th) could be amended first, if there is some trouble.And then the other articles can be brought up to the agenda of amendment later.
