Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made the opening speech of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Water Vision.
Erdogan stated that: “Before us, there were no recycling. We changed the saying of ‘Water flows, Turk stalls’ as ‘Water flows, Turk does’.”
