Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu is expected to deliver a speech at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe's (PACE) spring session on April 19 in Strasbourg.

Davutoğlu will meet European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker to discuss the implementation of the migration deal between Brussels and Ankara, according to sources.
