Aktuna: The government is losing prestige

"When the government said that they would decrease the inflation and then increased it to over 101 percent, its other achievements did not surfeit the public. The public is not content with the govenment" has said the Democrat Turkey Party Deputy General Chairman Yıldırım Aktuna, noting that the ANASOL-D(The Motherland Party, The Democratic Leftist Party and The Democrat Turkey party coalition) is losing prestige every passing day.
Aktuna went on as follows:
"We are a partner of the coalition. I believe that the continuity of the government is necessary for the regime to not get in strain. But I want the government to continue with sucees. There are some demands within the government. However certain decisions are not yet put into practise. We have complained against the appointments a few months ago, and we still do."
Parallel to the government's losing prestige, the coalition partners are losing votes says Aktuna while making the warning that the votes will be diverted to The True Path Party and The Republican People's Party because of the closure of The welfare Party.
Aktuna has made the following suggestion as the solution for DTP's loss because of government partnership and for the government to continue successfully:
"As a member of the government we should have a more influental attitude. And let us do this not as a party that wines and complains and does nothing concrete when it can not get what it wants, but as a party that will adopt manner. If the coalition patners do not cooperate with us then we will think over about our position in staying in this coalition."
