Youth and Sports Minister Suat Kılıç has shared his anti-terror ‘Master Plan’ with Milliyet Daily.

“We will offer our youth the opportunity to improve themselves. A sports complex will be built. Artistic activities, language courses, musical instrument classes, and Quran classes will be offered. A variety of tournaments in sports will be organised,” Kılıç told Milliyet.
