       Ertugrul Yalcinbayir, Chairman of TBMM Constitutional Commission, stated that the Constitutional amendment motions would first be voted seperately and then would be voted once more alltogether. He also stated that in case the motion to amend the 101th article, which will allow Suleyman Demirel to be elected again, is not ratified, the other articles would also not be amended. Yalcinbayir added that the reason behind this kind of voting was to guarantee that the 101th article will actually be ratified. "The articles will either be approved or rejected alltogether" said Yalcinbayir. Defending that the voting should be a secret one, Yalcinbayir said, " Our commision has 25 people. If one of them suggests that we have a secret voting, I will accept it and the voting for the amendment motions will be held secretly"
